This tea is hand-picked from large tea trees planted in remote villages in Yunnan, China, in the year 696. They have been growing tea there for over 1300 years. The ancient forests are rich in biodiversity, fertile and balanced soil. The large leaves with golden tips are carefully flavored with bergamot oil from Italy to create this classic.

In addition to import controls from the Norwegian Food Safety Authority, we go beyond the requirements by also taking random samples for pesticides/pesticides and other pollutants.

It is important that tea is stored protected from air and light. That's why we sell all our teas packed in tight aluminum bags with a zip lock.
